Empowering girls to pursue careers in technology

Problem

The goal of this rebrand concept is to create a contemporary and inspiring visual identity that resonates with young girls and reflects the organization’s mission. Societal stereotypes, gender norms, and insufficient representation may discourage or exclude young women from the tech industry. To address this problem, the design aims to evoke a sense of empowerment and possibility, using playful and vibrant design elements that highlight the joy of learning to code.

This is a self-initiated rebranding project for an existing brand. The project was created for educational purposes only and was not authorized by the brand’s owner.

Solution

The design concept is based on a binary code, which is incorporated in the logo, patterns, and design elements to reflect the organization's technical focus. Bold and bright colors make coding and technology feel more accessible and fun for young girls and evoke energy and creativity. This playful color scheme paired with a rounded sans-serif font creates a friendly and welcoming appearance, resonating with a diverse audience.
