Problem
Plant-based foods are rich in essential nutrients and dietary fiber, contributing to overall health and well-being. Despite these benefits, there's a common misconception that vegetarian dishes are unappealing, insipid, and difficult to cook. By addressing these biases, a vegetarian cookbook can expand its audience and help non-vegetarian readers explore the possibilities of plant-rich meals.

Solution
The illustrations I created for this book emphasize the freshness and simplicity of vegetarian dishes. The images of fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices also provide a glimpse of the book's commitment to using wholesome, green ingredients. These visuals highlight the unprocessed nature of the recipes.
